Villish – Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For sanitary reasons, returns cannot be accepted if the packaging has been opened or the item has been used.
Please inspect your order carefully upon arrival before opening any sealed packaging.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos of the item to assess the issue.

If approved, you may choose between:

  • A corrected replacement at no extra cost

  • A partial refund (if you wish to keep the item)

  • A full refund (if you return the item — return shipping is the customer's responsibility)


3. Incorrect Items or Orders

If you receive the wrong size, color, or product, or if something is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days. We will resolve the issue with either a full refund, a corrected replacement, or a partial refund, depending on your preference and the situation.


4. Unshippable Orders

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care items

  • Cosmetics

  • Intimate apparel

  • Any item that comes into direct contact with the body

Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


6. Refunds Processing

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected (if applicable). If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • If no return is made, a partial refund may still be offered on a case-by-case basis


7. How to Request a Refund or Return

Please contact us through our Contact Us page or email villish.co@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Be sure to include photos or videos when applicable to help us assess your request quickly.


8. Packaging Your Return

To avoid damage in transit, please package your item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.


9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for opened or used items. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please refer to sections 2 and 3 for available solutions.
